At Kalamalka, we want your coffee to arrive fresh, safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates on all standard orders within Australia:

  • Orders under $40 — $11.95
  • Orders $40 and over — $16.95
  • All 1kg subscription orders — $8.95 shipping

Free shipping applies automatically to:

  • All orders over $140

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your coffee's journey.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:

  • QLD and NSW — 2–4 business days

  • VIC, SA, ACT — 3–6 business days

  • WA, NT, TAS — 5–10 business days

These are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, public holidays and your local delivery provider.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. If you're based in New Zealand or internationally and would like to place an order please get in touch at hello@kalamalka.com.au and we'll do our best to help.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your delivery through Australia Post.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@kalamalka.com.au and we'll work with the shipping provider to investigate the delivery.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) at hello@kalamalka.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
